How long does an order take to arrive?+

Ready-made pieces are dispatched within 1–3 working days. UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch; international delivery takes longer depending on the destination.

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes. Shipping options and costs are calculated at the payment step based on your delivery address.

Is every piece really handmade?+

Yes — bags, berets, hats and earrings are crocheted by hand in small batches, so slight variations between pieces are normal and part of the character.

Can I request a custom colour or size?+

Absolutely. Send the details through the custom orders form and you'll receive a quote and timeline, usually within two working days.

How do I care for a crocheted piece?+

Hand wash cool with a gentle detergent, reshape while damp and dry flat away from direct heat. Never tumble dry.

Can I return an item?+

Ready-made items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused condition. Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.

How do payments work?+

Checkout is completed on our secure store payment page. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes where relevant.
